FMC - Unable to communicate with dynamic analysis cloud , 10/13/22

howdy folks

today started to get FMC Alerts circa 3:50pm EST:

SF Health Monitor Alert, severity warning - Unable to communicate with dynamic analysis cloud 

cannot PING/Tracert to fmc.api.threatgrid.com , behind FW or also via phone

any status on whassup with THREATGRID.COM site and File-Lookup processing ?

I have the same issue! started today. As usual "cisco" they did a change without testing. 

Similar to the certificate issue for the updates.

i opened a TAC case last nite....no reply yet....still getting issues as of 950am EST fri 10/14/22
