FMC vs FDM 63

I know there is some improvement in FDM in terms of functions and API support. Could you please share some info on the differences between FDM vs FMC in 6.3 ? 

What will if I configure the interfaces and modes in FDM and want to register with the FMC later. can it take without resetting the configuration?

Hi,

This isn't possible. When you initially setup the device, you need to
select local or central management. If you choose local management and
after some time changed to central management, the configuration will be
remove and you need to configure the device again. Only management
configuration is retained for the device to be reachable from FMC.
