Re: FMCv license page showing more FMCs than in reality

Hello,

I'm facing an odd problem which I haven't been able to see another thread based on this.

I've installed one FMCv on an ESXi and connected it to a CSSM (Cisco Smart Software Manager) On-Prem. For some reason the FMCv is seeing itself as 6 FMCvs (as shown in the picture).

Obviously the satellite license will only contain one license but it sees a request from the FMCv for 6.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this (without reinstalling the FMCv) and make it see himself not as 6? Is there a way to remote the other 5 FMCv's from this list and act as normal?

Hi,

that means that you have 6 firepower devices attached to the FMC consuming one license each.

That appears to be a bug.

If you're already using the latest version of CSSM I'd suggest opening a TAC case to investigate and confirm.
