We have 2 FTD(1140), the secondary is faulty and got RMA.
There are multiple subinterfaces configured on port channel 21 on the primary with multiple new policies deployed on the primary during the RMA period. On the newly installed secondary FTD, I did not configure port channel 21 and did not push any policy to it.
When I try to form the HA, there is alert says "there are pending deployment tasks on peers".
My understanding is that I have to deploy all the policies to the seondary FTD before form the HA, as part of that, should I manually configure port channel 21 with multiple subinterfaces before I deploy the policies or I only need to deploy the polices and the port channel configuration will automatically sync once the HA is formed.
