FPR MGMT and OUTSIDE INTERFACE CONFIGURATION

Hi Team,

i have cisco vFTD and running with 7.2.5. and FTD manage by FDM.

i have configured MGMT IP address 192.168.11.111 255.255.255.0

i have configured outside interface ip 192.168.11.113 255.255.255.0

issue/ query

1 can we configured MGMT IP and outside IP same sabnet ?

No need to add mgmt interface 

You can use outside interface as mgmt interface  also.

Do you see management-only option in interface config page?

i have configured same sabnet mgmt and outside and deployment the configuration successfully

link before mgmt ip 192.168.11.111 and outside ip 49.240.240.X and after change the outside interface ip address 192.168.111.113  deployment the configuration successfully.

its showing in gui change the ip address but not able ping outside ip address and even not change in ip when i saw in cli

That work if mgmt and out interface connect to SW and share same vlan.

yes MGMT interface  and outside interface is same VLAN.

but not able ping outide intface and not change the configurartiuon in CLI.

Issue showing old ip addrss even deployment successfully
