Hi All,

FPR1120, Can this device be used as an ASA itself? Currently we do not have license to CDO( to migrate the ASA config to FTD. However, we are in plan of purchasing it. In the meanwhile we need it to be used as ASA till we get the license sorted. So can this be used as ASA itself?

If so is there any special config to be performed when we turn up the device? Any document that helps me to configure this FPR1120 as ASA itself that would be great.

@ssan239 yes you can run either the FTD or ASA image on the FPR1120 hardware (or the other FPR hardware).

You will obviously need CCO permissions to download the ASA image for the hardware.
