Hi,
I have a Cisco Secure Access Control Server model 1120 series which I am unable to upgrade the firmware. It pops out some scripting error that doesn't allow me to upgrade to v 5.1 from v 5.0. Are there any documentation or links that could guide me to perform a fresh installation? I don't mind losing all the configuration stored in the box. Appreciate the help, thanks.

When the ACS is trying to format to perform a fresh installation an error message displays '
an error occured trying to format smosvg/optvol. this problem is serious and the install cannot continue'...therefore the installation process is aborted..anyway to fix this?

I receive the same error when trying to do a clean install of 5.4 on an ACS 1120. Has anyone else ran cross this or know how to fix it?
