using Cisco Firepower 2100 ASA Platform Mode.

You want to change the mgmt IP on the fxos for NTP Sync.

In the Cisco Firepower 2100 ASA Platform Mode FXOS Configuration Guide, it says to change the MGMT IP in both FXOS and ASA, is this correct?

If so, can I set the same MGMT IP on both FXOS and ASA?

On FTD2100 the FXOS is integrated with FTD so you would access this by issuing the command connect fxos in the ASA CLI. Only higher end FTDs such as the 4100 series requires an IP to be sett on the FXOS.

So changing management IP on the ASA would only be done on the interface in ASA CLI.
