FTD 4110 HA problem / in Disabled status

Hi everyone ,

I really  need your help ,

I have two FTD 4110 both are registered to FMC 1000 and  used to working in High Availability mode , but last week one of them go to Disabled status .

FTD-HA status  was :

FTD-1  ( primary / Active )  , FTD-2 ( Secondary / Standby )

FTD-HA status  Now :

FTD-1  ( primary / Disabled )  , FTD-2 ( Secondary / Active )----Please find the attach snapshot

 

- I already make sure that all interfaces are UP and  no Physically change

- Reboot both FTD and FMC

Hi there-

A couple of things to suggest here:

1. Open a support case with TAC and have them tshoot the issue. It is hard to tell from the information provided what happened and what is needed to fix the problem

2. I noticed that you are running version 6.2.2 and you really should consider upgrading to a more recent version. At the moment, the recommended (Gold star) release is 6.4.0.4. However, if you are not ready to move to 6.4.x then you should consider upgrading to the previous recommended version which is 6.2.3.x (With x being the latest patch/maintenance release).
