I have an FTD 2110 running 6.4.0.9 and managed by an FMC.
On the FMC I'm getting a Critical Health Alert for the FTD which states "Hardware Alarm, Hardware health query failure".
I've raised it with TAC and they've asked for a cold reboot of the FTD and haven't bothered to look into it anymore then that.
We are going to arrange the cold reboot, unfortunately the device is in a secure remote data center and given the impact to the business during a cold reboot it can't be done straight away.
The device from what I can tell is still functioning normally, still passing traffic and still allows RA VPN connections.
My question is, has anyone else had a similar error before, and is there a way to get more meaningful description of what the actual issue is?
I've tried issuing the show fault on the FTD in FXOS mode, but it didn't show me anything.
