FTD Module FPR9K-SM-56 Faulty DIMM / RAM

We are having a Faulty SM-56 (in a Firepower 9300)
slot/1/fault/F1546
Description:
Security Module 1 is in failed state. Error: Security module is downgraded (or) not acknowledged. Reason: DIMM or CPU degraded
We even know which DIMM is bad: Memory Array 1: Mem-15

Now my Question is: can the DIMM/RAM be exchanged or does the complete Module have to be exchanged ?

If you don't have support contract, you can replace DIMM yourself. Next command will show DIMM P/N:

scope chassis 1 scope server 1 show memory detail | i Part

As far as I'm aware its going to be a complete security module replacement.

Atleast all the RMAs I have been part of, we exchange only modules. Also there is no hardware guide on replacing memory on SM.

Thanks to all. We changed to complete Module, but indeed, the DIMM's are changeable.
