FTD Packet loss

Hi All

i have FTD 4100 series and customers are complaining whenever they try to access the website the web-page loads well however when they try to navigate through the pages there is request timeout and since i am security admin i want to make sure the problem is not arise from FTD so how can i verify it ?

Depends on the network, how the traffic flow for the user where the web Server reside in the network.

Do you have small network diagram, do you see any logs passing the traffic via FTD ?
