Using for a Extranet/3rdParty

Hi all ,

Is there a benefit using FWSM where already ASA deplyed.

If yes where we need to palce the FWSM ?

Using for a Extranet/3rdParty could be useful but for a second Level of Firewall i don't think so. But could make sense for some environments
