I have a FWSM, recently upgraded from 3.1(2) to 3.2(4) in our 6513.
I have started to notice an issue when uses try to authenticate through the firewall to access servers on our network.
the authentication session is started via HTTP. The issue arises when the users close the browser before authenticating. When they later try to authenticate via HTTP, they get a page cannot be displayed type error. It almost seems like that first authentication session is in limbo. If they try to authenticate using a different protocol, after the above described happens, using FTP, SSH, or TELNET, they are able to authenticate fine and get though.
Has anyone else heard of this behavior? Is there a way to clear those stuck authentication connection? Thanks in advanced for any help or insight.
