FWSM-clear xl

On FWSM the backup of one of the servers in Security level 4 fails frequently whereas the backup of the remaining servers which are on security level 99 zone is found to be successful. The back up of all the servers are taken on server in Security level 98.How ever when we use clear xlate the issue gets fixed temporarily.Pls share a permanent fix and cause for this.

You need to do a sniffer trace and check the traffic for finding the reason for the session timeout. Following links may help you
