fwsm oversubscription

Dear Friends,

I have an issue going on with FWSM my server vlan is keep getting unreachable from inside as well outside from the network when i reset that particular interface from FWSM thn it became normal, could tell me what's going on with the traffic , please below findout the show np block command:

I would strongly recommend opening a TAC case as FWSM oversubscription issue can't be troubleshot through forum.

oversubscribing is my opinion what you suggest???
