When FWSM generates the self-signed certificate you can save it with write memory command on primary unit. And in the secondary?
Thanks for help!

If the fwsm's are in stateful failover the write memory command will save the certificate to secondary also.

Yes, I'm using failover.
After a failover event I must use the crypto command to create the certificate on secondary unit.
The write memory command will save the certificate only to primary unit.
