Hi,
I have a non technical questions.
I noticed that since almost 10 months. There is no new software updates for the PIX. Has Cisco stopped the development on te PIX? Is there new versions planned?
Regards,
Marc.

I've heard a rumour that the next versions of FWSM and PIX might support active active?
Does anyone know if this is true.....
Also, if so.... I have a few suggestions to make...

This is probably a discussion that is best for you to have with your local Cisco account team. I doubt there is anyone on this forum that will have as much influence on getting features added to upcoming PIX releases as the account team that knows you.
Good luck...we all like new features (assuming they are good ones).

A new version of 6.x is supposed to come out in a few weeks I believe. I'm not sure if it will be the last version to come out before 7.0, or if Cisco will continue bug fixes/refinements of the 6.x code for people who do not want to upgrade to 7.0
