Hi

Looking on ASDM > Monitoring > interface graphs i have same graphics of my device.

But no history is enable on ASDM.

Where i can foun the Concorrent connections, new connection per second on my device?

ASDM is only ever real time data (and going forward if you watch it for a few minutes). It is not designed as a historical reporting tool.

To do historical reporting you need to query the ASA using an external SNMP tool and allow it to build that baseline for later query.
