Get Time-out with captive portal FTD

Hi all,

I am using the Captive portal on FTD serial 4110 version 6.4.0.7. But I often got Time-out errors when I auth on the website of FTD port 885. I see some refusing bellow. Any know?

"[pid 21756:tid 47295284463360] [client 169.254.0.239:34822] Refusing to perform captive portal with scrambled data 178939 seconds old."
