Help with OSPF routing and ASAs

Have multiple remote sites with ROAS config using MPLS circuits in a hub and spoke config. On these sites we have ASAs between the router and the Switch where a few of the VLANs route through the ASA then out the router. We have static routes set up pointing this VLAN traffic to the VLAN interface on the ASA.

Now we have sites running IPSEC and OSPF, no ASA but ACLs on the vlan sub interfaces. Want to put an ASA on these sites instead of ACLs.  With OSPF running on the router, how would I go about pointing specific VLANs' traffic through the ASA and still routing through the router's OSPF.

What about using the ASA's in layer 2 mode, so the layer 3 design is not changed?
