Hi! Another Question with ASA5516

I have to redundant ISP at ASA5516. But I only have ASA5505 it is pretty difficult to configure with

ASA5505 license....

In asdm os ASA5516, I will 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 x.x.x.x outside with metric 1 and
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 x.x.x.x(backupGW) with metric 100.

They are different network with default static routing.

Question 1, Is this work when GW with metric 1 has been shutdown and change automatically to metric 100 GW?

Question 2, I want to know the internet downtime when question 1 is working well.

There is a lot of documentation on doing this properly. I recommend you follow this document from Cisco TAC:

There will be a brief outage when the primary route is lost and the ip sla operation result informs the ASA to switch to the backup route.
