How i can redirect traffic coming  from mpls (Private  Network) and ssl vpn to Cisco ASA 5515 to cloud proxy (zscaler)

Hi, 

ASA uses wccp to redirect web traffic to proxy but this is for on-prem. I don't think ASA can redirect traffic to cloud proxy other than scansafe.
