How to allow SQL connections

Dear all,

I work for a Big company that uses your system. I use SQL servers for sql on a daily basis but when I’m connected to Cisco Anyconmect I’m rejected every time.

I have two questions:

1- can I do something ( server side) so that the VPN recognises it as a safe connection ?

if not :

2- what exactly should I request to them in order to being able to use sql connections. I have to be as specific as possible.

thank you all!

You haven't provided any information on how you have your AnyConnect configured.  You just need to add the IP of the SQL server (or servers) to the split tunne ACL if you are using split tunnel.  If you are using tunnel all then check the VPN filter if there is an ACL configured for the filter or if there is a down stream firewall filtering the traffic.
