Google talk uses TCP/5222 and TCP/443 to "talk.google.com".
You can just create ACL to block TCP/5222 and TCP/443 to and from "talk.google.com"

It would be great if I get complete command to be run in to block gtalk.
Thanks!!!

I have also the same problem, I am using firmware
1.2.0.9
I was able to block a URL for a Specific IP, or IP range,
the problem was that it only worked on http (port 80), if the user change the site to https (port 443) it overide the rule and provides the access to the site (of course the site can be access by https also)
