how to block public dns server ?

i want my user only get dns from my dns local not from dns public server, because with that free public dns server they can access porn site which is blocked by my local dns server...

I assume that you have a firewall, so you can configure the firewall to block all outbound DNS request (UDP/53) if you have an internal DNS server.

You would need to configure outbound access from your internal DNS server on port 53, but any other internal ip addresses should be blocked from requesting for DNS.
