how to config pix to let ip phone pass through

i have pix 506E ,custom have ip phone application on the net.how can i config pix to let voice through.

which port should i open?

find out the ports needed by your application.

easiest is to check the logs and then open the ports accordingly.

one way to verify the required protocol/port is to configure "capture".

e.g.

access-list ipphone permit ip any

capture ipphone access-list ipphone interface inside

then do "sh capture ipphone" to view all the traffic originated from the ip phone application host.
