How to configure Normal port in CLI in FTD

Hej
We have a setup where I need to use one of the physical interfaces to connect the FMC. But I can not figure out how to configure a normal port on FTD cli, only management interface.

I have only console access to the device so I can not use FTD gui.

I would appreaciate the help thanks.

@oscardenizjensen unfortunately normal ports (data interfaces) are configured via the FMC GUI. As you observed, only the management interface is configured on the CLI.

Thanks for the reply. It is abit annoying though.

But in theory after I configure a normal interface on FTD, I can then use it to communicate with FMC? Or does it have to be the management interface on FTD all times that communicates with FMC?

@oscardenizjensen from version 6.7 you can use a data interface to communicate with the FMC (you do not need a dedicated management interface).
