How to configure on ASA5100 w/AIP-SSM-10?

I'm studying the ASA5100 w/ATP-SSM10 and want to clarify how it works. please guide or correct me.

1. Command and control interface=g0/0

2. Sensing interface=vs0 (logical concept. not physical)

3. Promiscuous mode=sends any combination traffic from ASA(even all foure interfaces) to AIP-SSM g0/1

4. Inline mode=Not clear how this works. how can I create the inline PAIR since only one physical interface(g0/1) on the AIP-SSM? the doc says inline supporting by g0/1 and the combination "by security context".
