Get 3DES/AES License to enable L2L vpn capabilities, once done refer to bellow link to configure the tunnel..
Sample config for l2l vpn, this is PIX to PIX using 7.x code but same principle if running 6.x code, as far as your end is concern you need peer IP address and ipsec information you posted as well as destination host you will be connecting to behind the other end to build tunnel access-list.. but mostly follow example bellow.. if problems after configuration let us know.
