How to configure threat-detection statistics on a FTD manage by FMC

Hello Experts, 

I need to know where on FMC I can configure the "threat-detection statistics tcp intercept" for an FTD. 

I have this configuration on ASA and I want to replicated on the FTDs.

threat-detection statistics tcp-intercept rate-interval 30 burst-rate 400 average-rate 2003
