How to configure trace route in a cisco firewall for a group of windows users and a group of linux machine

i searched enable ICMP,

but what is the difference in these configure for between window and linux ?

hi,

try configuring below and change 'any' with the source/destination and mask.

access-list OUTSIDE extended permit icmp any any time-exceeded
access-list OUTSIDE extended permit icmp any any unreachable
access-group OUTSIDE in interface outside

policy-map global_policy
class inspection_default
inspect icmp error
