I need Cisco_Firepower_Threat_Defense_Virtual-ESXi-X.X.X-xxx.ovf. Where i can i download it from.

I tried following link but it is script file.

6.2.0.2 is an upgrade and that's why it is a sh file (shell script). You can upload it to and install it on your 6.2.0 FMC once you get it up and running.

You need to first download and install "Cisco_Firepower_Threat_Defense_Virtual-6.2.0-363.tar.gz" which can be found further down on the page when you expand the 6.2 branch and look under 6.2.0.

That gzipped tarball has the ESXi files inside of it:
