How to get License number

now I cannot find contract ID or PAC for CON-SAU-VMWSW2 in our Cisco support account. The re-seller said that it is included with the device without any other information. Can anyone tell me how can I find this support item?

There's no paper or eDelivery for that item but there would be a Smartnet contract ID that has that line item in it.

The reseller should be able to provide that information from the Cisco fulfillment system. They should have also associated your designated cisco.com userid(s) with that contract.
