How to manage the PIX Firewall

I have a Pix Firewall v 6.0, I want to manage it but the management software that I know which is CWVMS-2.0-WINR-K9 VMS 2.0 Windows 10 Device; Inc VPNM CSPM; HIDS 3DES SW is to expensive. Is there another management software of Cisco for PIX with VPN that is cheaper?

You can use PDM to mange the PIX with VPN as well.
