Hi,

Redundant interfaces are supported on FTD platforms 5506 and 5555 only
which are EOL anyway.

You can try to configure it using flexconfig but I don't suggest modifying
the interface using flexconfig as you might lose connectivity.

Are you running ASA software on 1140 appliance? If so, please note "Redundant interfaces are only supported on the ASA 5500-X platform; they are not supported on the Firepower 1000, Firepower 2100, Firepower 4100/9300, and ASAv. "

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa914/configuration/general/asa-914-general-config/interface-echannel.html#ID-2077-00000058

The same guidance applies for FTD:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/670/configuration/guide/fpmc-config-guide-v67/regular_firewall_interfaces_for_firepower_threat_defense.html#ID-2077-00000058

So, how do you do cable redundancy?
