i have a pix with version 6.3,how to restrict max connection of udp of per user.for example a use named mike,mike can only used max 50 udp connection.
any help will be appreciate.
i 'm eager for answer.

you can look inot the modular policy framework as described here
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/multisec/asa_sw/v_70/config/mpc.htm
although it talks about TCP, but may be true for UDP as well
are you trying to restrict inbound or outbound traffic?

additionally you can look into policy nat and policy static statements along with max connections limit

i think the nat max connections can work but can't restrict for user.
the Modular Policy Framework is only for sofeware 7.0.6.3 can't surpport.
