How to start a PIX 515E ?!

I've got a new PIX 515E and I would like to know how I can do the connection to my PC by the console and with the serial port.

And after it will be connected, how to backup configuration from an other PIX 515E to run this configuration in my new PIX 515E.

you need a rj45 to serial adapter, and a blue cisco rollover cable (pins 1 thru 8 flipped to 8 to 1).

you can back up the existing config to a tftp server, and download one from there

didn't the 515e come with any documentation?

You should have all the instructions for your PIX on the CD that is provided, if not follow the instructions from here:
