How to upgrade ASA image of FPR-1140

The guide says to use the download image command.

But there is no download command.

What should I do??

You can download the image offline then upload it using FMC or FDM
(depending on your deployment).

I am going to install FMC as per your advice.

To use FMC, I want to reimage to ASA -> FTD.

Can you provide a guide to upgrade the ASA image using FMC??
