I can't have two access-groups at the same time
access-group XXX in interface OUTSIDE
access-group YYY in interface OUTSIDE

No you cannot, not on the same interface in the same direction.

You have to put all of the addresses in one access-list and then apply it via the single access-group command. That is the only way.

so what will happen if I want two forward to IP addresses from the outside interface to the inside, but with two different access lists' names?
I know one way is to put both ip addresses on one access list and then put 'em on an access-group. so there is no other way?
