I edit ACLs in ASA5585X via GUI, then ACLs default or change back to how they were.

It is very strange, so I am in the GUI, I right-click an ACL entry, click apply, but as I am going along removing entries, it will seem to default back to  how it was or something. ACLs that I deleted return.

I apply my changes, even save at the CLI. No go.

Does anyone know what is going on.

If you remove em purely through CLI does it work then? also do you use the same user ID for CLI and ASDM? (privileges the same?)

Ok yes I will try removing via CLI this week.
I have not configured any usernames yet. For the GUI I have to enter cisco - cisco and for the CLI I just click enter.

What version of ASDM are you using? There have been some documented bugs regarding ACL entries on various ASDM versions.
