Identity Options

I've configured Identity options as per Cisco documentation and all the various tests work.

I've added a new rule at the bottom of our inside ACL with my AD username selected under user but it doesn;t seem to work.

When I go into monitoring\indentity\users it shows my name correclty but status is inactive.

I'm logged into AD with the same account I've selected on the ASA.

I thought obviously wrongly that this bit would be the easiet part of the whole configuraton.

How can I get it to work so when I try and browse to a website with our proxy server disabled in IE it lets me through?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Tried the packet trace for my username and get the following error

No active IPv4 address found for user .......
