Importing ACL Policy in Cisco FMC

Hello,

I want to import an ACL policy from one FMC to another FMC, both FMC has different ACL Policy but for some DR Testing we need to import policy from one FMC to another.. The process i believe is :

1) go into First FMC - Sytem- Tools - Export - ACL Policy.

2) Login to Second FMC System- Tools - Import - 

My question is will it override the existing ACL Policy on the second device ? i need both the policies to coexist in the second FMC

My specific issue is a need to migrate a policy from one FMC to another, but maintain both the existing regional policies & the newly imported one in the FMC.
