I have a cluster that I want to manage the individual ASA's for different things how do I connect to an individual ASA other than using the serial port? IE can i have a management ip on each ASA and then the cluster management IP as well.

You can have two individual and two cluster IPs to connect to the each device individually, but keep in mind that any changes made and written to one ASA in the pair is going to be replicated to it's partner device.

Most things should just be done on the master and replicated automatically - as chevymannie mentioned.
Some features (QoS, threat detection, etc.) do apply to individual units in a cluster.
If you want to send a command just to one member you can specifiy it in the "cluster exec" command (Reference)
