Inability to edit Split-Tunnel ACL Object after upgrading FMCv to 7.1

Has anyone encountered an issue editing the Split-Tunnel ACL object after upgrading Azure Virtual FMC to 7.1? When I try to add a subnet to an exiting rule I get the following error when trying to save: "Index 0 out of bounds for length 0"

I did, had to break down the objects into smaller chunks.
