From the install log it looks like you are installing LMS 2.1 or 2.2, can you confirm your version? (What version of CDOne?) Also, is this installed on a P4?

Also, if it is one of these versions it is important to note that Windows 2003 is not a supported OS:

LMS 2.5 supports Windows 2003, but not older versions of LMS

Its Cisco Works 2000 (Routed WAN Management Solution) and contains October 2000 upgrades.

CD One (3rd Edition)

RME 3.2

ACL manager 1.2

IPM 2.2

Traffic Director 5.8.1

Regards

This version will not work on Windows 2003 and will never be supported as its too old. This version will only install on:

Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Service Pack 5 or 6a.

Windows NT Server 4.0, Service Pack 5 or 6a.

Windows2000 (no service packs)
