intrusion policy config "drop when online" for snort3

Using FMC v7.0 this setting is accessed by clicking on snort2 section of the policy.  Does this mean this setting does not apply to snort3 engine? Or does it apply to both snort2 and snort3 and is just a suboptimal placement of a configuration option?

TIA,

Diego

No, they are treated independently. For Snort3, you should see a "Mode" option on the top left that lets you select "Prevention" and "Detection" from the drop-down.

Hope this helps!
