IPS 4215 Errors

I received some error msg.through the events in IDM. I would like to see if I can get some information on what these errors are and why they occurred. I have attached the error msg.

The first error indicates that your sensor may be accessible from the internet and an attempt at exploit may have occurred, see the link below for more information

The second error is pretty straightforward, a nessus utility attempted to log on or exploit your sensor. Read more about nessus below.
