Hi ,all
ips 4240 , boot screen display this information again and again , it’s not work when i try to copy a new image to flash card from tftp , test the flash card is ok ,so what should i do to fix it

The issue could be due to the flash not getting detected during boot up. Please contact Cisco TAC to report the issue.
As a workaround you might want to try this.
1. Hard reboot ( power cycle) the device
2. Enter the Rommon mode by interrupting boot sequence.
3. Reimage the device.
