IPS-4260-k9 is not recieving updates

All of my IPS have not recieved updaes since the 23rd of December. Are there issues?

There aren't any issues. The latest signature update was on 23rd December 2010.

Since it's holiday period (xmas and new year), typically there will be change freeze, therefore, there isn't any update unless it's an emergency update. Typically there will be update every few days, and I believe there should be an update sometime in the week.
